Scabious are white, pink, purple or blue flowered plants for full or partial sun. They are exceptionally attractive to bees and butterflies and are often recommended in lists of "butterfly plants" or "bee plants". They like full sun or partial shade as long as there is some period in the day where they get full sun. They should be deadheaded regularly to promote flowering as long as possible through the season. They are propagated from seed, by division or basal cuttings in spring. | Scabiosa - Blanca zones 4-8 partial sun |
